PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the town board of the Town of Apple River will consider the adoption of a new code of ordinances entitled, “Town of Apple River Zoning Code of Ordinances” at 6 p.m. on April 14th, 2025, at the Apple River town hall. This code pertains to the following topics: 60.62 Zoning authority if exercising village powers (1), (2).
You are further notified that a copy of said proposed new code will be on file and open for public inspection in the office of the town clerk for a period of two weeks commencing March 11th, 2025, in accordance with Wis. Stat. s. 66.0103. The code may be viewed at Ordinance 2025-01 Town of Apple River Zoning Code of Ordinances or by appointment in the clerk’s office located at the Apple River Town Hall 606 US Highway 8, Amery, WI 54001, 715 268 6506.
