NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Apple River Town Board on Monday, June 8, 2026, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Apple River Town Hall, 606 US Highway 8, Amery, WI 54001, to consider and approve a Special Exception Permit for a proposed cell tower (County Road E and Highway 8).  The application package can be viewed here: 03 19 2026 Cell Tower Special Exception Application
