On Tuesday, August 27th at 7 p.m. the Town of Apple River Planning Commission will meet to review two applications.  

1. Variance to setback request by Ed Flanum 1013 143rd Avenue,  Amery.  

2. Zone Change request by William Rouleau for 890 165th Avenue, Balsam Lake.  Mr. Roleau requests the property curently Zoned Agriculture A10 be changed to Residential R1 Zoning.
